2. Booking Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Booking Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed only after full payment receipt. You will receive a confirmation email with booking details.
Payment Terms
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payments. All prices are in AED and include applicable taxes.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
24+ Hours Notice
Full refund or rescheduling available with 24+ hours notice before cruise departure.
12-24 Hours Notice
50% refund or rescheduling with additional fee. Administrative charges may apply.
Less than 12 Hours
No refund available. Rescheduling subject to availability and additional fees.
4. Cruise Experience Terms
Safety First
All guests must follow safety instructions from crew members. Life jackets and safety equipment must be used as directed.
Conduct Guidelines
Respectful behavior towards crew and other guests is required. Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
Weather Conditions
Cruises operate weather permitting. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unsafe weather conditions.
5. Liability & Responsibility

- Ensure qualified and trained crew
- Maintain proper insurance coverage
- Deliver services as described
Guest Responsibility
- Follow safety instructions
- Supervise children at all times
- Declare medical conditions if relevant

Note: Dubai Lavish Cruise is not liable for personal injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions or for loss/damage to personal belongings.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Dubai Lavish Cruise and protected by international copyright laws.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
